Return and Refund Policy for Indus Stores LLC Products

At Indus Stores LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include the RMA number.
- Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team.
3. Return Shipping Costs

- You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
- If your return is rejected due to not meeting the eligibility criteria, we will notify you and return the item to you at your expense.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
